Interesting facts

Eggs: Something I did not realize when I go to breakfast is the health benefits of eggs. Since the yolk was made to give the chick nutrition and protection from diseases, they are loaded with things that are healthy for humans as well.

Yogurt: the other interesting fact I saw was the benefits of eating yogurt. I found that it was said to be healthier than drinking a glass of milk. It supposedly contains more vitamins, calcium and minerals. Now I can feel even healthier enjoying yogurt, which I think tastes better and is more satisfying than milk anyways.
